At SoPal, we value mutual respect, clarity, and commitment. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel scheduled services or subscriptions, ensuring fairness for both parties.
This policy serves as a transparent communication tool to help set clear expectations, minimize misunderstandings, and support a smooth experience.

Service Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booked 1:1 session or consultation:

  • At least 24 hours in advance: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
  • Less than 24 hours in advance: The session is considered non-refundable, and rescheduling may not be guaranteed.

This policy ensures that time and preparation for your session are respected and not lost due to last-minute changes.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to a recurring service:

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.


Missed Appointments / No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without canceling in advance, it will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling credits.
